The newly elected leader of the Young Republican National Federation has been accused of pulling a Bob Allen and sexually assaulting a man following a rousing Young Republicans party [DailyKos]. Glenn Murphy of Indiana was apparently as drunk as a Delta flight attendant when he jumped on the 22-year-old male conservative lying in his bed, according to the police report.
It gets worse. The victim awoke to find the 33-year-old Murphy performing oral sex on him, although he claimed that a scary black man made him do it. Is this some kind of initiation into the Republican party of Latent Homosexuals? Murphy has since resigned from all his positions.
It gets worse. This is the second assault for Murphy, who attempted to perform an unwanted sex act on a 21-year-old male back in 1998. But let’s not judge him for his youthful indiscretions. Last month, Murphy told the Jefferson News and Tribune that he would be “the mouthpiece” for the tens of thousands of young Republicans.

The photos at DailyKos are great. In one, it looks like Murphy has a Bush-monkey on his back. In the other one, he has a mic in his face and his hands in his pockets… Grody to the max.

Probably the same ratio of gays in the GOP as in the rest of the population. Nothing wrong with that. That story plays the same if Murphy was caught with his hand on his murphy while assaulting a woman. It’s the assault not the orientation. Lock him up. He can share a cell with Allen. Now there’s a ticket, Allen/Murphy for president! C*ocksucking Conservatism!

Regarding the ratio– maybe so, but the “closeted, hypocritical, self-loathing gays” subgroup is much larger in the Republican party.
