Lady Bird. What a class act. She brought beauty and grace to this state. May she rest in peace.
What a wonderful and fascinating life she had. What a wonderful and fascinating woman she was! She will be missed.
She’s remembered with every drive down a beautiful Hill Country road blanketed in wildflowers…
Very nice legacy. I’m glad she got to see a great bloom on the roadsides this year.
Rest in peace, Lady Bird.
I had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Johnson quite a number of times and she was every bit as impressive in person as she is reported to be. God Bless You, Lady Bird.
I think that I will never see
a billboard lovely as a tree,
in fact, unless the billboards fall
I’ll never see a tree all all.
Thank you Lady Bird, for the highway beautification program
I never knew her first name. Isn’t that terrible. I met her once about 11 years ago. She was so sweet. Rest in Peace.
we’ll miss you “like a front tooth,” ladybird.
/she and her family watched every home-game from a private room at the top of the lbj museum. so cool.
