Concerned about the swear words, sexual innuendos and references to heavy drinking, I wanted to see what type of blog rating In the Pink would receive if it were a major motion picture (and yes, this is a distinct possibility). I’m no Disney.com. I could have lived with PG-13. I was shocked, however, when my rating came back as NC-17.

I find this preposterous. It’s not a soft porn site! Not really! This blog is not morally bankrupt or devoid of family values or an example of everything that is wrong in today’s society. Instead, I like to think of ITPT as a community rich in diversity, composed of unapologetic drunks, desperate single women, men married to breakfast tacos, Andy Brown, youngest children, sex toy environmentalists, fired bartenders, reformed Methodists, Andrew Speaker, bloggers turned loose and, of course, hotties.

All are welcome.

I just toddled over there myself and asked it to rate ITPT again. This time it came back as G-rated. What happened PL? Did someone power-wash your website?
